Yes, MeDo provides a series of free ways to obtain Credits. If you need more Credits or paid features, you need to purchase a subscription or additional Credits to experience the full service.

Credits in the current monthly/annual subscription are valid for 1 month/1 year from the date of purchase respectively. The separately purchased Credit packs are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

To avoid waste, we provide a portion of Credits as a bonus in the monthly/annual subscription service. If you need more Credits, MeDo offers various Credit packs for purchase during the subscription validity period, and the same Credit pack can be purchased multiple times.

Free credits and event-gifted credits will be consumed first. For the remaining purchased credits, those with the earliest expiration date will be used up first based on their validity period.

Yes. If you need an invoice after purchase, you can generate it through the Stripe page associated with your order.

Yes. If you have purchased a subscription and do not want it to renew automatically, you can cancel it through the Stripe page linked to your order.

Please note that purchased subscription memberships and credits are non-refundable, non-cashable and non-transferable.
